We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by nurturing and expanding client relationships within a designated territory. As the primary point of contact for our existing and prospective clients, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and expand the client base by building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities to identify potential business threats.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
  • Handle queries and complaints professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and represent the company.
  • Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and market developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed for client meetings.
