Job Description

A Telesales Executive is a dynamic and persuasive professional responsible for selling products or services to customers over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to convince customers to purchase products.
  • Answer questions about products or the company accurately and efficiently.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales accordingly.
  • Record details of transactions in relevant databases for future reference.
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within the limits.
  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary to fulfill customer requests.
  • Keep abreast with product knowledge to deliver precise information to customers.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the company’s CRM system regularly.
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Follow up on potential leads and prospects diligently to maximize sales.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer insights and sales suggestions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a telesales or similar customer service-oriented role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively close sales.
  • Ability to learn about products and services detail quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is a plus.
