Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You'll play a crucial role in driving our market expansion by directly engaging with potential clients and converting them into loyal customers. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. A successful candidate will be a skilled communicator, possess excellent negotiation skills, and have the ability to build rapport quickly. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers and qualify leads.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals promptly to close sales opportunities.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive sales.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through regular training.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify sales opportunities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management regularly.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent to achieve goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking leads.
  • Ability to effectively manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business is a plus.
