Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a keen understanding of closing sales deals successfully.
  • Ability to use CRM software and telemarketing systems with proficiency and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and resilience to handle rejection comfortably.
  • Willingness to learn about products/services to better address potential inquiries.
