Job Description

As a Tele Marketing Executive, you are the voice of our organization when it comes to reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary role is to connect with customers, understand their needs, and promote the company's products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and the determination to achieve your sales targets. The position requires you to build positive relationships with clients, deal with rejection professionally, and constantly seek opportunities to convert cold calls into successful sales. Working as part of the marketing team, the Tele Marketing Executive uses their skills in communication and marketing to increase a company's customer base, thus driving revenue growth. This role is integral to the success of the company's sales strategy, contributing to increased market penetration and enhanced brand recognition.


Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
  • Keep track of customer information and store it in appropriate databases.
  • Engage and build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Handle customer complaints or questions in a patient and strategic manner.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Achieve designated sales targets within specified timeframes set by management.
  • Maintain records of all conversations, updating management with sales progress.
  • Use scripted questions and responses to reduce response time in interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales through effective phone calls.
  • Work with the marketing team to optimize customer outreach and inbound marketing.
  • Offer solutions based on customer needs and company product offerings.
  • Monitor and record customer needs to provide feedback to company departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and services to clearly describe them.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer programs like CRM software is beneficial.
  • Strong persuasion skills to convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries adequately.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in a constructive manner.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
