Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products.
  • Follow up with potential customers to understand their needs and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain a thorough database of customer interactions and sales using our CRM software.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets set by management for optimal performance.
  • Validate customer leads to ensure accurate entry and minimal discrepancies in data.
  • Analyze market trends and feedback to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed reports on telesales activities and progress to present to supervisors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance telemarketing outreach effectively.
  • Train and guide new team members to understand telemarketing best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all interactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills are imperative.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with customers and handle rejection gracefully.
  • Proficient with CRM software programs and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
