Job Description

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to offer services and solutions, or to gather feedback on our products. This entry-level position provides you with an opportunity to work in a dynamic team or individually, contributing to the company’s customer communication strategy. You will interact with a wide range of people, making excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential. The role demands a proactive approach to relate to our diverse clientele and ensure their inquiries or concerns are addressed effectively through either outbound or inbound calls. Your ability to handle rejection, manage stress, and maintain a pleasant tone will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers for sales or survey purposes.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries and issues.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Generate leads and gather information after analyzing customer needs.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication “scripts” as provided during different client scenarios.
  • Enthusiastically engage with customers to understand their requirements deeply.
  • Provide information about product features, pricing, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously maintain updates on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
  • Determine customer needs and provide the best solutions through calls.
  • Follow up with customers to renew and expand service plans where applicable.
  • Utilize company databases to reach out to potential clients and maintain follow-ups.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
  • Prior experience in a telecommunication or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a necessity.
  • Ability to manage stress and remain calm under challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and telecommunication systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Flexibility to work in various shifts including evenings and weekends if required.
