Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Tele Caller to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for connecting with new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive a high level of service, and your ability to convey product information clearly will be crucial in driving sales and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will engage with clients through phone calls, manage customer inquiries, and proactively follow up on leads. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the success of our customer outreach and sales efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to provide product information.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure prompt responses to customer requests.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend products and services appropriately.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies and objectives.
  • Utilize feedback to improve customer interaction methods and service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Attend training sessions to improve knowledge of products and customer service skills.
  • Prepare reports on call activities and customer feedback for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and adhere to call center best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Proficient in using computer applications such as CRM, MS Office, and email.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and fulfill targeted call quotas as required.
