Job Description

As a Tele Caller at our company, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement strategy. The primary responsibility of the position is to reach out to potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services. You will serve as the first point of contact between our company and prospective customers, requiring strong communication and persuasion skills. Success in this role involves effectively managing leads, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to present products.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services accordingly.
  • Build rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and trust.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and call records meticulously.
  • Follow-up diligently with clients who express interest in our offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and escalate to relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and strategy implementation.
  • Stay updated on company offerings and industry market trends at all times.
  • Achieve or exceed designated call and sales targets consistently on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on call activities and outcomes for assessment.
  • Train and mentor new members of the telecalling team as needed.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer interactions effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a telecalling or customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills required.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and persistent follow-ups effectively.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer relationship principles.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in call record management.
