The Talent Acquisition Executive is an essential team member responsible for driving and executing the recruitment strategy within an organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying talent needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with the company’s goals and values. The Talent Acquisition Executive works closely with hiring managers and department heads to build strong partnerships and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to organizational needs.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and position specifications.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and specifications for all assigned positions.
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and professional networks.
  • Organize recruitment events such as job fairs and campus visits to attract potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the hiring process.
  • Negotiate terms of employment with successful candidates in coordination with management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends to management to aid strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
