Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Executive is a key figure in ensuring that top talent is identified and brought into an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific staffing requirements and needs.
  • Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage and maintain a continuous pipeline of potential talent for future openings.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source and engage candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and assist in the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze hiring trends to improve processes.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as necessary.
  • Maintain and update job descriptions and recruitment materials to stay current.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote the company's employer brand.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and implement best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding strategies.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing recruitment metrics and reporting to management.
