Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization by attracting, identifying, and acquiring top-tier talent. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels and industry networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and professional communities.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to build networks.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine hiring processes.
  • Create and manage a diverse pipeline of talent across various platforms.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance and legal requirements in the hiring process.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Negotiate job offers and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, platforms, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
  • Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software solutions.
