Job Description

The Store Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and management of retail store activities. This position is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory levels, merchandising, and leading store staff to achieve sales targets. The Store Executive must collaborate with other departments to streamline operations efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Oversee cashier operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.

  • Handle store opening and closing procedures in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in retail management or as a store executive preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and computer applications.
