Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategies, playing a pivotal role in creating, executing, and managing our social media campaigns. This is a dynamic and versatile position that requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase web traffic and lead conversion through strategic posts, innovative content, and compelling campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to align our strategies and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. This role offers the opportunity to impact our brand’s presence online and drive significant results through innovative digital approaches.


Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content that aligns with brand voice and strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
  • Manage day-to-day social media interactions, responding to comments and messages timely.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader campaigns.
  • Analyze social media analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with influencers and potential collaborators for partnerships and promotions.
  • Stay updated on new social media tools, best practices, and competitive activity.
  • Assist in the development of visual and written content to enhance user engagement.
  • Track and report on social media KPIs to illustrate growth and engagement trends.
  • Foster community engagement through creative initiatives and interactive content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand positioning and tone across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with effective time management skills.
  • HTML/CSS knowledge is an added advantage, but not required for this role.
