The Site Supervisor (Civil) is responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities at a designated project site. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Site Supervisor will supervise a team of workers, ensuring safety regulations and company policies are adhered to. Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily construction operations on the site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure that construction activities adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports for senior management review.
• Manage the site workforce and allocate tasks effectively across the team.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges in a professional and timely manner.
• Guide and train junior staff and new employees in site procedures and safety measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in site supervision within the civil sector.
• Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proficient in using various construction management software and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to challenges.
