Responsibilities

  • Train and guide junior relationship managers within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial sector.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex financial data.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client relationship management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client records.
