The Senior Product Manager — Employee Service is a critical role responsible for overseeing and driving the development and execution of the company's employee service products. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements and define specifications.

  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination among marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Champion product vision and strategy across all levels of the organization.
  • Allocate resources and manage budgets to optimize product development efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to anticipate and respond to market changes.
  • Facilitate training and support for internal teams on product use and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience with a focus on employee services.
  • Proven track record of managing complex product development projects successfully.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance product management team.
  • Proficient in product management software tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in agile development processes and cross-functional team management.
