Job Description

The Senior Product Manager for Employee Service is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving the strategic vision and execution of our employee services products. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and requirements.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure alignment of product development with business goals and user needs.
  • Prepare and present detailed product reports to stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Drive engagement and adoption of products among employees to maximize value.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users to inform product enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners.
  • Oversee the development of training and support materials for product launches.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities to refine and differentiate our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management within service industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions to guide product strategy.
