Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to maximize satisfaction and sales.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to communicate the value of our products.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet company sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage sales pipeline and track all activities in CRM software consistently.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product teams to improve service alignment and offerings.
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance indicators.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and managing customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of two years experience required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
