Job Description

As a Sales Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. You are expected to meet sales targets by understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, and closing deals efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and leading indicators.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in industry events to network and boost brand awareness.
  • Regularly report sales achievements and challenges to management.
  • Stay informed about competing products and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a similar industry sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating sales leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics is advantageous.
