Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you should be adept at understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that meet these requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and benefit.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and ensure a steady progression of prospects through to closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, especially in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Dynamic and confident personality with a strong persuasive ability.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and opportunity management in a competitive market.
