Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive is a vital role within the retail sector, responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction within the store premises. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will represent the brand, connect with customers, provide excellent service, and ensure that store revenues meet or exceed projected targets. You will use your skills to influence purchasing decisions and build relationships with both new and returning customers.   • Adhere to company policies and procedures concerning product and service offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in training programs to remain updated with retail strategies and operations.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to managers for further action.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required for consideration.
  • At least one-year experience in retail sales or related field preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and close sales effectively.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment successfully.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including POS systems and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
