Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail operations or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools and software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement skills.
