Job Description

As a Recruiting Associate at our dynamic company, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition team, working closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Source potential candidates using a variety of online channels and platforms.
  • Screen resumes to identify qualifications and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database for future reference.
  • Coordinate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to assess hiring effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the development of recruitment marketing and branding materials.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least one year of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
