Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems for efficiency.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and appointments.
  • Maintain and update client records with confidential information securely.
  • Support real estate agents with document preparation and submission processes.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, showings, and other real estate events.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and property listings for distribution.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and handle ordering of necessary resources.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and professional looking.
  • Conduct regular audits of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Assist in managing social media presence and online listings development.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate or office administration is preferable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
