The Project Engineer (Civil and Interior) plays a vital role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects that pertain to both civil engineering and interior design aspects. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, construction management, and project coordination, as well as a keen eye for design details. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will work closely with architects, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee civil and interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and budgets as needed.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals align.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and construction budgets.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team as necessary.

Requirements
