Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Prepare detailed project reports, designs, and cost estimates for stakeholders.

• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications related to the project scope.
• Ensure compliance with legal, engineering, and safety standards across all phases of the project.

• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and with external stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and interior project engineering.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion successfully.
• Strong knowledge of industry-related standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills for effective project management.
• Proficiency in using project management and CAD software for effective planning and design.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing project priorities and conditions.
