We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a key role in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual and physical development of children. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that supports the social and emotional development of young learners while fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and early childhood education best practices. You should be able to balance creativity and educational outcomes, using play-based approaches to teach key skills in literacy, numeracy, and beyond. Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a curriculum that meets developmental goals for young children.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment to promote emotional well-being.
• Use a variety of educational methods like storytelling and games.

• Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines.
• Collaborate with other educators to ensure cohesive learning experiences.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Encourage positive social interactions among children through group activities.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required.
• Implement classroom safety regulations and emergency procedures diligently.
• Assess children's performance through observations and formal evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early childhood education techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.
• Ability to manage a classroom and address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in education.
