We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive understanding of the range of products offered by the company.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals to promote products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized engagement.
  • Organize and execute presentations to promote and educate customers about products.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate strategies to optimize potential growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members concerning market developments and challenges.
  • Prepare and submit timely sales reports detailing activities and outcomes achieved.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical terminology is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales support applications is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
