Job Description

As a Medical Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and business growth within the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell a diverse range of medical products to healthcare professionals and organizations. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of the industry to inform and influence healthcare providers more effectively. Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their needs will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers in your territory.

  • Set and achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Use strategic sales techniques to influence client purchase decisions effectively.
  • Understand regional market trends to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing support and product education to healthcare professionals.
  • Attend medical seminars and meetings to stay updated on industry trends.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings to discuss strategies and share insights.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market intelligence to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Answer client queries and provide solutions promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in sales or medical field will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are imperative for this role.
  • Ability to understand and present scientific and medical product information.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license for travel within the territory.
