Mechanical Designer (225-1010)

The Mechanical Designer plays a crucial role in the conceptualization, design, and development of mechanical systems and products. This position is responsible for contributing to the engineering and design team in drafting and designing mechanical components and systems, leveraging CAD software and other design tools. While working closely with engineers and other designers, the Mechanical Designer transforms requirements into feasible designs, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to innovate and solve complex problems. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings using CAD software tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in mechanical design or a similar engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
