Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Manager of Regulatory Compliance to oversee our organization's adherence to national and international regulations and standards. The successful candidate will develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures across multiple departments, ensuring every level of the organization understands and meets its regulatory requirements. This role demands a proactive leader who can anticipate regulatory changes, lead audits, and liaise with governmental and regulatory bodies. Exceptional analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are crucial, as our Manager of Regulatory Compliance will also be responsible for training and mentoring staff on compliance matters. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor company's compliance programs and strategies.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures adhere to relevant regulations.
  • Partner with departments to ensure compliance across all functions and areas.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and prepare reports on compliance status.
  • Lead investigations into compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations affecting the organization's operations.
  • Communicate effectively with regulatory authorities and manage compliance issues.
  • Organize compliance training sessions and support staff understanding and adherence.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and the board.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of compliance protocols and policies.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop preventive solutions.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to compliance is meticulously maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant national and international compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance systems and policies.
  • Exceptional communication skills for liaison with regulatory bodies and authorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed investigations and audits thoroughly.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency with compliance management software and legal documentation tools.
  • Capability to manage sensitive information confidentially and with integrity.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage a team and provide compliance training.
