The Business Development Lead for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) is a strategic role within our organization, designed to spearhead growth and expansion in the vibrant MENA region. This position requires an accomplished professional with a robust understanding of the local market dynamics, a track record of successfully driving sales and business growth, and a passion for building strong client relationships. The Business Development Lead will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new business opportunities, establish a strong brand presence, and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in the MENA region.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs in MENA.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brand strategy and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients in various industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development team members.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate our services.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and objectives.
  • Report directly to senior management on progress and strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth in the MENA region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capture market opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel extensively within the MENA region as required.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred; additional languages are a plus.
