Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play an instrumental role in driving our business objectives by supporting senior sales managers and helping to achieve sales goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, enthusiastic, and have a passion for sales and marketing. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior sales managers in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure client satisfaction with our products.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining professional communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals regularly.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets for management.
  • Provide administrative support to senior sales managers when required.
  • Continuously refine and update sales techniques and business knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software for managing sales data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt fast-paced sales and marketing environments.
