Responsibilities

• Set up accounts for users and provide necessary technical support.

• Manage equipment inventories and update system software as needed.
• Assist in the development and execution of IT policies and best practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for third-party services and hardware procurement.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar technical support role.
• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platform integrations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in technical environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority tasks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant vendor certifications preferred.
• Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge in technology advancements.
