  • Document technical processes and support users with guides and training materials.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff on technology-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain an up-to-date log of problems and maintenance activities for review.
  • Advise on improvements and enhancements to IT infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar IT technician role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Effective communication skills to support and instruct non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
