Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to understand technology requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget plans.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Use appropriate communication tools and techniques to relay project updates to stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize and mitigate potential project risks efficiently.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and manage contracts.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project post-evaluation and create reports to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Mentor and guide project teams to build competencies and foster collaborative environments.
• Oversee system integration testing, deployment, and performance analysis of IT solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Strong working knowledge of project management software tools and methodologies.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly regarded and a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
