As an IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in successfully overseeing and driving the completion of various technology-related projects within our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, define project plans, and manage resource allocation. Your role will also involve monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a balance of technical and business acumen to navigate complex projects and deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Facilitate meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, and retrospectives, for effective communication.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee change management processes to minimize project impact and disruption.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and tools.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly into project execution.
• Support team members by removing obstacles and fostering a productive working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and budget.
• Strong understanding of project management software tools and methodologies, including Agile.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle project challenges and roadblocks effectively.
• PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
