Job Description

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, helping to drive the business forward by maintaining relationships with existing clients and assisting with new customer acquisitions. Your role involves supporting the sales department in managing internal sales activities, processing customer inquiries effectively, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will liaise closely with different departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and customer expectations are met or exceeded. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in managing the demands of a fast-paced work environment. This position requires a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Process sales orders and ensure that all customer orders are accurately recorded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Maintain an updated customer database to enhance customer relationship management.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals as needed.
  • Track inventories and report inconsistencies for order completion with relevant departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Support marketing campaigns by coordinating with the marketing department for sales initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with customers to obtain feedback on product and service quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to monitor sales team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales support role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented mindset.
