Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from start to finish.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions.
