Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database for future reference.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer inquiries.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
  • Participate in sales training and continuous education programs to enhance skills.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an inside sales position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
