Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to improve HR system effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture through HR initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
  • Proficient knowledge of HR processes, labor legislation, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Effective organizational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
