Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Experience in leading and managing a high-performing business development team.
  • Familiarity with market research, sales forecasting, and financial analysis.
