Requirements

  • Proven experience in a guest service or hospitality role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent time management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer systems used for guest services management.
