Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling campaigns.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, and images for various projects.
• Work with a team of copywriters, marketers, and developers to execute projects.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Review design drafts for, identifying and suggesting improvements as needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines.
• Interact with clients to understand their design needs and align with company goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed and seeking feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio is essential.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
