Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and financial statements.
  • Analyze market trends to identify business opportunities and financial efficiencies.
  • Support the auditing process and implement recommendations effectively.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure efficient capital utilization across operations.
  • Develop policies and procedures to maintain financial security and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Proven work experience in a finance or accounting role of at least 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for success.
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
