  • Attend management meetings, providing insight and feedback on kitchen operations.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends, incorporating new techniques and dishes when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role in a reputable establishment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from a recognized institution preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Exceptional creativity and passion for innovative culinary presentations and flavors.
  • Outstanding communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and customers.
  • Proficiency in menu costing and inventory management software applications.
