The Event Hospitality Coordinator is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of events by managing all aspects of hospitality.   • Resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally during events.
  • Monitor hospitality budgets and control costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations at all times.

  • Innovate and propose enhancements to hospitality services for future events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in event coordination or hospitality services.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and tight deadlines.
