Job Description

An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Executive plays a critical role in managing and overseeing an organization’s ERP system to ensure seamless integration, data consistency, and process optimization across various departments. This position involves the coordination and implementation of ERP projects, providing support and training to users, and continually working to optimize and enhance the system in alignment with organizational goals. The ERP Executive works closely with IT teams, department managers, and end-users to identify system needs and improvements. As an integral part of the digital transformation journey, the ERP Executive ensures that the ERP system aligns with and supports business processes, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and productivity. By continuously monitoring and upgrading the system, the ERP Executive plays a pivotal role in harnessing technology to streamline operations and drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve ERP system issues.
  • Coordinate with IT specialists to develop system enhancements and modifications.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on new ERP features and functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all modules and business processes.
  • Monitor and report on system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Work closely with vendors to manage relationships and service level agreements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for user manuals, procedures, and protocols.
  • Engage in continuous improvement to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in system usage.
  • Analyze and document business process requirements for ERP system enhancements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for ERP software and support needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP system management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and cross-functional integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
