Job Description

The ERP Executive is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure the ERP systems meet the company's needs and facilitate seamless business operations. The ERP Executive will work closely with different departments to align ERP system functionalities with business processes, addressing challenges and promoting efficient workflow. Their role is pivotal in driving the strategic initiatives of the enterprise, ensuring that the ERP systems support the scalability and growth of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of ERP systems across the organization.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure ERP integration aligns with business goals.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and procedures.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops for staff on ERP system functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and customize ERP systems for enhanced efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERP innovations to implement beneficial upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP-related issues that arise within departments.
  • Oversee data migration processes during ERP system updates and transitions.
  • Provide expert advice on ERP investment and scalability opportunities to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in ERP data management.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for technical support and licensing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in managing ERP systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of various ERP software systems and their functionalities.
  • Excellent project management skills to lead ERP system implementations effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
  • Familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulatory requirements.
